| A Welcome Note From Our Senior Pastor We appreciate having you here and are honored you chose to visit us. We invite you to browse our site and rejoice in what God’s grace is doing at “First Baptist.” Our intent has been to inform you about our ministries and encourage you in your walk with God. Our congregation is cross-generational. We have children’s ministries, including an excellent nursery, preschool ministries, and special worship services for children. Our ministry to youth has long been an area of strength. It is critical to integrate God’s Word into teens' lives so they develop hearts for service to Christ. To assist adults in a growing relationship with Christ, we offer Adult Bible Fellowships. Since 1872, First Baptist Church has been building a spiritual legacy on the Word of God. We are not in the business of redefining Christianity; rather, we are committed to showing the reality and power of God to the next generation.
