WHAT’S AVAILABLE FOR MY KIDS?

Our children’s ministries serve every age child up through high-school.  Please check below to see what classes are offered during our services.

8:45 am Worship Service

  • We have nurseries available for infants up to the age of two.
  • We have Joy Ministry available for children two years of age through kindergarten.

10:15 am Adult Bible Fellowship and Sunday School Hour

  • We have nurseries available for infants up to the age of two.
  • We have children’s Sunday school classes for:
    • 2 and 3 year olds
    • 4 year olds through Kindergarten
    • 1st graders through 3rd graders
    • 4th graders through 6th graders
    • 7th graders through 8th graders
    • 9th graders through 12th graders
  • We have Adult Bible Fellowships for college-age students through Senior saints

6:00 pm Family Worship Service

  • We have nurseries available for infants up to the age of two.
What About Giving or Offerings?

Here at First Baptist Church, we don’t want anything to be an obstacle from having you attend and hear about what Jesus Christ has done. Our church members and regular attenders who are encouraged to give on a regular basis.

What is your music like?

Our music is a blend of gospel theology in modern melodies and classic hymns.  We are conservative but current, desiring to use music to glorify God, proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, and encourage one another through “psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs.” (Colossians 3:16)

who are you associated with?

We connect and fellowship with many ministries including:

  • The GARBC (General Association of Regular Baptist Churches): On the national level, our church is in voluntary association with the GARBC, enabling us to partner with other doctrinally sound, like-minded churches making greater strides in global evangelism.
  • The IARBC (Iowa Association of Regular Baptist Churches):  On the state level, our church is in voluntary association with the IARBC and 4:12 IARBC State Youth, enabling us to partner with other doctrinally sound, like-minded churches and ministries, such as:
